Numerous studies done on some parts of Napoleona imperialis plant extracts but there is still paucity information the proximate composition and nutritive values stem bark. Objective: This to evaluate composition, vitamins, micro macro elements Methods: Determination proximate, bark was using standard methods. Results: study showed that Carbohydrate had highest concentration 59.540% followed by ash content which 12.768%. Potassium found in 8.246mg/kg Sodium 5.853mg/kg. Also, magnesium 3.497mg/kg selenium 2.701mg/kg Calcium 1.373mg/kg respectively. The least mineral contents were Iron 0.076mg/kg, Aluminium Copper 0.075 mg/kg 0.072 absence Tin, Cobalt, Lead, Manganese, Chromium Vanadium. Vitamin A a 5.315mg/kg, B1 10.920mg/kg, B2 0.315mg/kg, B3 with 5.430mg/kg, B6 4012.500mg/kg, B12 0.355mg/kg, C 1.358mg/kg E 4.213mg/kg. Conclusion: present presence antioxidant properties vitamin B complex other values. data indicates constitute ingredients, minerals, vitamins antioxidants. justifies claimed use management certain ailments.
